Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
At this time, we ship within the United States. If you have questions about international shipping, please contact us directly.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Sale items and promotional gift items (including the free Sagebrush Annie Soap) are not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
Exchanges If you received a wrong or defective item, we’ll exchange it at no cost to you. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
